How we work
We write from official sources (the Spanish government, the tax agency, social security, town halls and tourist boards) and check rules that change, such as visa income thresholds and fees, at least once a year. Every guide shows when it was last updated.
We are not lawyers or tax advisers. Rules for visas, tax and property depend on your situation; confirm with the relevant authority or a qualified professional before you act.
